Dentons (Ningbo)

Beijing Dacheng (Ningbo) Law Firm traces its origins to Zhejiang Zhongxin Law Firm, founded in 1995. In 2012, it merged entirely into Dacheng together with Zhejiang Fulin Law Firm and Zhejiang Zhihai Law Firm, making it the first internationally renowned legal services institution to enter Ningbo. The firm currently has more than 170 staff, including 128 practicing lawyers, over half of whom hold master's or doctoral degrees. It has 11 specialized practice groups covering real estate, construction and energy, corporate and M&A restructuring, finance, cross-border investment and trade, and dispute resolution.
