Guangdong Guangxin Junda Law Firm traces its origins to Guangdong Guangxin Law Firm, established in January 1993 as one of Guangdong Province's first five pilot cooperative law firms, and adopted its current name after a merger and restructuring in November 2012. The firm currently has 1,391 lawyers nationwide, including more than 900 at its Guangzhou headquarters, and operates 36 offices in cities at home and abroad, including Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and Japan. It is the first law firm in Guangdong Province to establish a Party committee, and has received honors including the Ministry-level Civilized Law Firm award and Guangdong Province's Top Ten Belt and Road Law Firms award.
