Guangdong Hengfu Law Firm (Yang & Lin Co Law Firm) was established in April 2006 as a full-service law firm handling maritime and admiralty, insurance, foreign-related legal matters, finance, trade, real estate, corporate investment, intellectual property, criminal, administrative, labor and overseas arbitration matters. It set up a branch in Shanghai in December 2014 and offices in Xiamen and Fuzhou. In 2016 it was named a National Outstanding Law Firm (2011-2014) by the All China Lawyers Association, and from 2011 to 2021 it was consecutively ranked by Chambers and Partners as the best maritime and admiralty law firm in South China.
