Guoyao Qindao (Qingdao) Law Firm traces its origins to the Qingdao Municipal Legal Counsel Office founded in 1956, the first legal services institution in Qingdao. In 2021, Shandong Qindao and Shandong Guoyao merged to form Guoyao Qindao.
