Guozun Law Firm (Jiaxing)

Beijing Guozun (Jiaxing) Law Firm is the Jiaxing branch office of Guozun Law Firm, inaugurated in February 2025. Guozun Law Firm is the only Chinese law firm to sign agreements at the Belt and Road Initiative 10th Anniversary Entrepreneurs Conference. Its global headquarters is in Beijing, with more than 23,000 square meters of office space, 113 overseas offices worldwide, and more than 2,000 lawyers at home and abroad, covering 106 countries and regions. Leveraging Guozun's globalized legal service network, the Jiaxing branch has established specialized departments such as the Foreign-related Legal Affairs Department and the Corporate Law Department, focusing on cross-border investment, international trade, overseas compliance, and foreign-related dispute resolution, and is committed to building a “going global legal services hub” in the Yangtze River Delta.
