Jiangsu Manxiu Law Firm

Jiangsu Manxiu Law Firm was established in June 2006, adhering to the development philosophy of "strengthening the firm through Party building, institutions, talent and culture". It operates 12 practice institutions in Nanjing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Jiangyin, Yixing, Kunshan and Zhangjiagang, and has overseas representative offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and New York. In March 2023 its headquarters moved to Nanjing. The firm now has nearly 400 practicing lawyers and a total of more than 500 staff members, and has received honors such as National Outstanding Law Firm and Jiangsu Top Ten Foreign-Related Law Firm. It has established 22 professional practice departments covering criminal law, administrative law, finance and taxation, intellectual property, bankruptcy and reorganization, international investment and trade, and company law.
