Jiangsu Paiting Law Firm was established in September 2017 at the 3rd floor of Wufang Building, No. 19 Yanzheng Middle Avenue, Wujin District, Changzhou. Its managing partner is Shan Yi, and most of its lawyers graduated from well-known law schools at home and abroad. The firm has been selected as one of Jiangsu Province's first batch of key institutions for cultivation in foreign-related legal services, obtained registration with the CSRC as a law firm for securities legal practice in 2020, and provides legal services to several listed companies and local government platform companies.
