Jiangsu Taihe Law Firm was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Nanjing. Its predecessor was the state-run Jiangsu Law Firm, and it is a well-known law firm in the Yangtze River Delta region of China. Taihe enjoys strong recognition in foreign-related legal services, capital markets, corporate restructuring and listing, bond issuance, and M&A and restructuring. In 2020, it was converted from a general partnership into a special general partnership.
