Yiyou Tianyuan Law Firm was founded in 1995, making it one of the earliest partnership law firms established in Jiangsu Province; in 2024 it was restructured into a special general partnership. Headquartered on the 7th floor of Zhongxin Building, No. 15 Yueliangwan Road, Suzhou Industrial Park, the firm operates offices in seven locations—Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Kunshan, Changshu, Zhangjiagang, and Taicang—with more than 200 professional lawyers and administrative staff.
