Jiangxi Huabang Law Firm was founded in 1984, with its predecessor being Jiangxi Law Firm. It was wholly restructured into a partnership law firm in 2000 and is a large comprehensive law firm with significant scale and strong overall capabilities in Jiangxi Province. Its office is located at Poly Center, No. 1 Ganjiang North Avenue, Honggutan District, Nanchang. The firm currently has more than 150 staff members, with a practice covering finance and securities, construction engineering and real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganization, dispute resolution, intellectual property, bankruptcy and liquidation, and criminal defense.
