Jiangxi Qiuzheng Wode Law Firm

Jiangxi Qiuzheng Wode Law Firm was founded in 2003 through the merger of Jiangxi Qiuzheng Law Firm and Jiangxi Wode Law Firm. One of its predecessors was the Jiangxi Foreign-related Economic Law Firm, established in 1984. The firm operates six branches and an office in Kuwait, with more than 230 practicing lawyers. It is a securities legal service intermediary registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and a first-class bankruptcy administrator. Its practice covers finance and securities, foreign-related dispute resolution, real estate and construction engineering, criminal defense, bankruptcy reorganization, corporate share reform, and IPO. In 2015, it became the first law firm in Jiangxi with more than 100 lawyers.
