Jinboda Law Firm

Jinboda Law Firm was founded in 1997 and is a special general partnership law firm approved by the Henan Provincial Department of Justice, headquartered in the Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou. With the goal of building “a major Central China firm and a century-old renowned firm,” after more than 20 years of development it has become a large and strong firm that is “rooted in Henan, serving the nation, and looking to the world.” It has more than 270 practicing lawyers and branch offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Haikou, and, within Henan Province, Luohe, Xinyang, and Luoyang. The firm has been named a “National Outstanding Law Firm” for multiple consecutive terms and was selected as one of Henan Province's first batch of “large and strong law firms.”
