Zhejiang Guo'ao Law Firm

Zhejiang Guoao Law Firm was established in December 1996 as a self-governing partnership law firm approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice. It has more than 30 practicing lawyers and legal assistants, divided into seven specialized legal departments, and is one of the larger law firms in Jiaxing with a relatively comprehensive division of specialties. The firm holds qualifications for securities legal practice, bankruptcy administrator, membership in the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, and Zhejiang Province social stability risk assessment institution, among others. In 2017, it was recognized by the Zhejiang Lawyers Association as a “Famous Law Firm of Zhejiang.”
