Bi Shiruo 毕诗若

Bi Shiruo is a lawyer at Zhongji Law Firm, holding an LLB from Minzu University of China and an LLM from the University of Southern California, specializing in cross-border investment, cross-border IP and overseas litigation management. She has assisted a large Yunnan chemical enterprise in selling an overseas subsidiary, negotiated IP licensing with Paramount Pictures, handled an IP licensing termination dispute with FC Barcelona, and served as estate administrator for US, Australian and Canadian clients, with three of her cases selected as typical foreign-related cases by the Yunnan Bar Association.
