Cai Haidong 蔡海东

Cai Haidong holds bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and has practiced at Zhongcheng Qingtai and Kangqiao Law Firm before joining King & Wood Mallesons' Jinan office as a partner in 2019. His foreign-related work includes a US$300 million bond issuance on the Singapore Exchange, assisting overseas syndicate creditors in a bankruptcy reorganization, and handling an independent guarantee fraud dispute. He was selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2019 and named a Shandong outstanding lawyer in 2023.
