Cai Yingwei 蔡滢炜

Cai Yingwei graduated from Wuhan University and the University of Southampton and has practiced at several leading Chinese law firms since 2003. He has extensive experience in maritime and admiralty, foreign-related litigation and arbitration, corporate governance, and investment and financing, having handled major disputes involving bills of lading, letters of credit, ship chartering, oil pollution and international sale of goods. He was selected into the Beijing Bar's foreign-related talent pool in 2020 and serves as an arbitrator at Shenyang and Nanjing arbitration commissions.
