Cai Zhonghan 蔡仲翰

Cai Zhonghan is director of Junli Law Firm, graduating from Xiamen University in international economic law and practicing for nearly 30 years. He is a Ministry of Justice national foreign-related lawyer and chair of the Fujian Bar Association's Belt and Road committee, focusing on corporate formation and reform, international trade, maritime and foreign-related legal matters, representing clients from the Americas, Europe, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and has published monographs on international maritime law and CIF and FOB contracts.
