Cao Zhen 曹珍

Cao Zhen is a partner holding an LLM in international commercial law from the University of Nottingham and a master's degree in criminal law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. A former prosecutor and criminal defense lawyer, he served nine years as in-house counsel at Carrefour China. He was selected into the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool in 2018 and Sichuan's foreign-related Leading Talent pool in 2024, advising Chengdu Construction and other enterprises on African projects in Kenya, Guinea, Gabon and Angola.
