Ceng Hui 曾辉

Ceng Hui is a senior partner at Shili Law Firm and head of its supply chain team, handling a large volume of maritime, international trade, insurance and foreign-related commercial matters, and advising dozens of Chinese and foreign enterprises and industry associations. He is a member of the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool and deputy director of the All China Lawyers Association's foreign-related committee and chair of the Fujian Bar Association's Belt and Road committee.
