Chang Hongwei 昌洪伟

Chang Hongwei is head of the foreign-related practice at Chenggong Law Firm and a partner of its Weifang Binhai office, holding dual bachelor's degrees in law and English. He serves on the Shandong and Weifang Bar associations' foreign-related committees and advises foreign-trade enterprises, having handled international sale-of-goods and letter-of-credit disputes involving Korean, North Korean and Japanese companies, and specializes in import/export, maritime, international commercial arbitration, foreign investment and foreign-related marriage.
