Chang Jia 常嘉

Chang Jia is deputy director of the Guangzhou Bar Association's cross-border e-commerce and logistics committee and a senior partner at Everwin Law Office, holding a postgraduate degree in civil and commercial law from Sun Yat-sen University and an MBA from City, University of London. Before joining Everwin in 2012, he headed the legal department of China Nonferrous Metals Mining Group's Guangdong company, and focuses on international trade, cross-border e-commerce, legal counsel and finance and securities.
