Chang Shu 常枢

Chang Shu is director of the foreign-related practice at Jing Heng Law Firm's Zhengzhou office and an executive member of the Zhengzhou Bar Association's foreign-related committee, specializing in corporate, contract and foreign-related matters. He serves as long-term counsel to Zhengzhou Nissan and a Singapore state-owned enterprise, and has participated in joint-venture negotiations between a Zhengzhou Railway Bureau subsidiary and an overseas group.
