Chen Di 陈荻

Chen Di graduated with an honours LLB from the University of Southampton, majoring in commercial, company, land and maritime law, and holds a higher education business certificate from the University of Sunderland. Since returning to China in 2006 he has practiced, advising large central SOEs, regional listed companies and international firms on corporate affairs, cross-border equity investment and civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is deputy director of Zekang Law Firm and deputy director of the Foshan Bar Association's foreign-related and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan committee, and led a landmark outbound investment project to Malaysia under the Belt and Road initiative.
