Chen Hui 陈辉

Chen Hui is a senior partner at S&P Law Firm and director of its Kunming office, holding an LLB from China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from Indiana University. A special legal expert to the Nepalese and Indian embassies, he focuses on international investment, trade and finance, especially overseas investment and M&A, international engineering, foreign-related guarantees, project financing and technology import. He served as general counsel for the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline project and is now general counsel for Yunnan Construction Investment Group's overseas business.
