Chen Jie 陈杰

Chen Jie holds an LLB from Nanjing University and a master's degree in finance from Sofia University (US), and is a CIArb and FCPAA member with independent director qualification. He has long advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, listed companies and financial institutions, and is now director of Hiways Law Firm's Taizhou office. Registered as a Hong Kong foreign lawyer in 2025, he is a member of the Jiangsu foreign-related lawyer talent pool and has handled cross-border M&A including Chemigraphic Ltd's acquisition of a Suzhou company.
