Chen Lvwen 陈吕文

Chen Lvwen graduated from Guangdong University of Business Studies in law and pursued further study at Sun Yat-sen University and China University of Political Science and Law. He previously served as head of legal at TGPM Automotive Group and now practices at Yingke Law Firm's Foshan office. He specializes in Sino-foreign joint ventures and commercial cooperation, having led negotiations and drafted bilingual contracts for joint-venture projects with BASF, Toyo, Nittoku and other German and Japanese companies.
