Chen Shiyong 陈时勇

Chen Shiyong is a partner at Lingyun Law Firm and director of its international practice, holding a master's degree in international economic law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a visiting scholarship at Oxford University. He has been based in Yangon, Myanmar, and participated in major projects such as the Kyaukpyu Special Economic Zone and the Vientiane Saysettha Development Zone. He specializes in foreign investment, outbound investment, corporate M&A, overseas project financing and cross-border investment dispute resolution.
