Chen Xin 陈歆

Before entering practice, Chen Xin taught international commercial law and maritime law at Shantou University Law School, where he co-authored Studies in International Commercial Law and Maritime Law and published numerous articles. He joined Jing Hai Law Firm in 2001, became head of its Shanghai office commercial practice in 2008, and joined JunHe LLP's Shanghai office as a partner in 2015. He has long focused on dispute resolution in foreign-related commercial matters and has handled many major and influential cases. His practice covers insurance, international trade, trade finance, shipping and foreign-related commercial litigation and non-litigation work.
