Chen Xuebin 陈学斌

Chen Xuebin has practiced law since 1984 with extensive experience in maritime law, international trade law, investment and financing, corporate law and M&A, and has successfully handled a large number of foreign-related, complex and high-value cases. He holds a PhD in law from Bond University in Australia, an MA in economics from East China Normal University, and an LLB from Nanjing University. He is a partner at Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai), and serves on the foreign-related and maritime committees of the All China Lawyers Association and the international investment committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. He is also an arbitrator at several institutions, including CIETAC and Hainan International Arbitration Court.
