Chen Yiping 陈易平

Chen Yiping is director of Shiji Tongren Law Firm's Wuxi office, a first-batch national cross-border lawyer and the All China Lawyers Association's Israel country coordinator, with 28 years of bilingual practice in corporate, tax, IP and dispute resolution. He holds degrees from Soochow University and Nanjing University and an MBA from Dominican University, and has served as counsel on an Israeli company's Toronto Stock Exchange listing, a US-China joint venture, a US$500 million solar export contract and various cross-border M&A and compliance matters. He chairs the Wuxi Bar Association's foreign-related committee.
