Cheng Xiaoyan 程晓燕

Cheng Xiaoyan is a senior partner and board chair at Dentons' Changchun office, holding a PhD in law from Jilin University and study at SOAS University of London, and chairs the Jilin Bar Association's foreign investment and trade committee and serves as vice president of the Changchun Bar Association. She has handled hundreds of foreign-related cases and assisted enterprises in cooperation, joint ventures and M&A with companies from the US, UK, France, Germany and Australia, attracting billions of yuan in foreign investment, specializing in foreign direct investment, M&A and restructuring, and foreign-related litigation and arbitration.
