Dan Yi 单奕

Dan Yi is managing partner and director of Paiting Law Firm, holding an LLB from Nanjing University and an LLM with honors in international commercial law from Tilburg University, and is a Grade-3 lawyer and member of the Changzhou government legal counsel pool. With over ten years of practice in foreign-related commercial legal services and litigation, finance and securities, and corporate and equity matters, she has handled complex foreign-related projects including a foreign-SOE mixed-ownership reform and a private enterprise's acquisition of Mitsubishi Corporation's China subsidiary.
