Danny Luo 罗巍

Danny Luo (Luo Wei) is a Partner Attorney and member of the Strategy Committee at Jiangsu Tianni Law Firm with 17 years of practice and admission to the PRC Bar. He focuses on international litigation and arbitration (CIETAC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules), cross-border investment and M&A, corporate and equity matters, and family wealth succession, serving clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Singapore, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Korea, Australia, and other major markets. He is a member of the International Commercial Arbitration Committee of the Jiangsu Bar Association and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Nanjing Bar Association, deputy director of Tianni Law Firm's Foreign-Related & Maritime Commerce Committee, a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) of the London Court of International Arbitration, an arbitrator of the Shigatse Arbitration Commission, an interview examiner for trainee lawyers of the Nanjing Bar Association, and an external practice supervisor for the LL.M. program at China University of Mining and Technology. He was named an Outstanding Foreign-Related Lawyer (2019–2022).
