Deng Ai 邓艾

Deng Ai's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, corporate equity investment and disputes, private equity fund investment, M&A and restructuring, and SOE compliance. He served as counsel for China Construction Overseas' large mosque project in Algeria, participating in overseas risk inventories, European procurement bidding and review of international trade contracts, letters of credit and bills of lading.
