Ding Xueyu 丁雪瑜

Ding Xueyu is a Hong Kong resident lawyer, graduating from Peking University Law School and holding a postgraduate degree from South China University of Technology. She is a senior partner at Zhuofan Law Firm, a Huizhou CPPCC member, deputy director of the Huizhou Bar Association's foreign-related committee, and a member of the Guangdong Bar Association's Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and foreign affairs committee. Her practice focuses on mainland affairs for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan residents and enterprises, succession, commercial planning and negotiation, SOE compliance, cross-border investment, foreign-related arbitration and notarization, and she has advised on the Huizhou Port Phase II project with Hutchison Ports and the ExxonMobil Huizhou petrochemical complex.
