Dong Zhengning 董正凝

Dong Zhengning is director of the commercial department at Xun'an Law Firm, with an undergraduate degree from East China University of Science and Technology and a postgraduate degree from the University of St Andrews. Working bilingually since 2015, he focuses on domestic and cross-border commercial investment, contract drafting and review, and foreign-related litigation and arbitration, having represented a Hong Kong investor in an arbitration at SHIAC and assisted a US multinational in a Wuxi joint-venture investment.
