Feng Fan 冯帆

Feng Fan is executive partner of Grandall Law Firm and director and managing partner of its Nanchang office, with an LLM from Xiamen University. He is in the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool and has served as a deputy to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress. His practice covers international trade, cross-border investment and financing and M&A, capital markets and dispute resolution, including the Belt and Road Indonesian cross-border rubber and timber project for Nanchang Industrial Holdings and a RMB 7 billion financial-asset transaction with a US private equity fund.
