Feng Jiancheng 冯建成

Feng Jiancheng is a founding partner and deputy director of Greenleaf Law Firm, holding a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Maritime University and postgraduate study in international law at Dalian Maritime University, and has served eight consecutive terms as a China Maritime Law Association director and since 2008 as a CMAC arbitrator. His practice covers international trade, overseas M&A, Sino-foreign joint ventures, technology transfer, maritime and customs matters, with rich litigation, non-litigation and arbitration experience.
