Fu Jian 付健

Fu Jian graduated from Peking University Law School and served 15 years at a court handling civil and commercial adjudication and enforcement, rising to chief judge of the civil division and a member of the adjudication committee. Since 2016 he has practiced full-time, focusing on complex civil and commercial litigation, real estate development, construction contracts, corporate work and enforcement.
