Fu Linyong 傅林涌

Fu Linyong is a managing partner at T&C Law Firm with extensive experience in international arbitration, foreign-related civil and commercial litigation and cross-border dispute compliance, having represented Chinese and foreign clients in dozens of complex high-value cross-border disputes involving joint ventures, technology licensing, outbound investment, private equity and commodities trade before HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, SCIA, SHIAC and CIETAC. He holds an LLM from Zhejiang University and serves as an arbitrator at SCIA, SHIAC and the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission.
