Gao Cheng 高程

Gao Cheng graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and now practices at Yingke Law Firm's Kunming office, focusing on civil and commercial dispute resolution, family litigation and foreign-related matters. He previously worked on the foreign-related and Hong Kong-related team at Yingke's Shenzhen office, and is the author of a book on responding to cross-border enterprise legal disputes. His practice covers contract disputes, foreign investment, international trade, maritime and admiralty, foreign-related arbitration and WTO matters.
