Ge Zhuangzhi 葛壮志

Ge Zhuangzhi is a senior consultant at DeHeng Law Offices' Shenyang office and a professor and director of the international law section at Liaoning University Law School, with over 15 years of practice since 2008. He has advised the Liaoning Foreign Trade Department and a Sino-Hong Kong joint-venture finance company, and provided international trade and finance services to foreign investors. He holds a PhD in law and is a key lecturer of the national course International Economic Law, focusing on finance and international trade, including representing Liaoning enterprises in EU and US antidumping investigations.
