Gu Jieyu 顾婕妤

Gu Jieyu is a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons (Nanjing) focusing on financial institutions and financing, including complex cross-border investment and financing, project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, trade and warehouse finance, cross-border RMB and foreign exchange, bond issuance and non-performing asset disposal. She graduated from Nanjing Normal University Law School and the Hague Academy of Social Sciences, and contributed to the China chapter of The International Comparative Legal Guide to Lending & Secured Finance.
