Guo Mingkun 郭明昆

Guo Mingkun is director of Xinshi Law Firm's Xiamen Pilot Free Trade Zone office, head of its Indonesia office and international practice, and a member of the Ministry of Justice's national foreign-related lawyer talent pool. He serves as chair of the Xiamen Bar Association's foreign-related committee and specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, cross-border investment and financing, and global supply chain trade, having led major matters including a Philippine company equity dispute and a German offshore wind installation vessel charter.
