Guo Yu 郭雩

Guo Yu is director of the cross-border and IP practice at Shita Law Firm, holding dual degrees in law and English from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and over ten years of practice. She previously worked on a cross-border investment and financing team at a foreign law firm in Shanghai, and has successfully handled enterprise listings in Singapore, M&A and bond issuances. She serves on the Yangzhou Bar Association's foreign-related committee.
