He Yanhong 和燕红

He Yanhong is a senior partner and head of the international practice at Hiways Law Firm's Zhengzhou office, and chief representative in China of the Australian firm Logie-Smith Lanyon. She previously worked at the Henan CCPIT and at Lovells and DLA Piper's Beijing offices, and specializes in international trade, international investment, company law, cross-border work and labor law, working in English. She is a Ministry of Justice foreign-related lawyer and Henan free trade zone legal expert.
