He Yingwei holds a doctorate and a senior economist title, and is a Wuhan 'Elite Program' Leading Talent and a Wuhan renowned lawyer. He is co-chair of Guantao's construction committee and director and executive partner of its Wuhan office, and previously served as general counsel at a Fortune 500 central enterprise. His practice covers cross-border trade compliance and remedies, international engineering, foreign-related dispute resolution and overseas investment and M&A.
