He Yunxia is a senior partner at Jinnuo Law Firm and head of its International Trade and Customs Department. She focuses on litigation and non-litigation matters in international trade, international economic cooperation, foreign investment, and technology import and export, and is committed to providing comprehensive, professional legal services to clients.

She studied at the Law Department of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from 2004 to 2007, earning a Master of Law degree, and joined Jinnuo Law Firm at the end of 2007. In recognition of her outstanding achievements in international trade and international economic cooperation, she was selected in 2018 for the Ministry of Justice's 'National Top 1,000 Foreign-related Lawyers' and the 'Tianjin Foreign-related Lawyers' talent pool. She is deputy director of the Foreign-related Legal Services Professional Committee of the Tianjin Bar Association and a specially invited mediator at the Haikou International Commercial Mediation Center.

In international trade, she has led numerous international commercial disputes, including a sales contract dispute between Bulgaria's UBEX and a Tianjin chemical enterprise, a repayment dispute between Iran's P.H.M. and a Tianjin company, a payment dispute between Tianjin Shiyunda International Trade and a Canadian company, a debt dispute between a Jordanian company and a Tianjin trading company, a debt dispute between a US design firm and a Tianjin state-owned enterprise, and an investment dispute between a state-owned enterprise and a Czech enterprise. In foreign investment, she has represented overseas clients in establishing representative offices, joint ventures, cooperative ventures, and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China, including the Kyushu International (Tianjin) joint venture with a large US enterprise, Schneider Electric's Tianjin branch, the Jinghai Mazer Sino-foreign joint venture, wholly foreign-owned enterprise projects for Steelbro, Preco, Logitank, and ANCA, and the Nangang Industrial Zone PC project negotiations. In international technology import and export, she has handled technology import projects from Denmark and Germany for a large petrochemical enterprise, the AT88 equipment purchase (including technology licensing) project, a series of IP licensing projects between Steelbro (Tianjin) and a New Zealand group, and technology licensing projects for 530,000-tonne ethylbenzene, VCM, MTO, DMTO, and PVC.

She also serves as general counsel to Bohua Yongli Co., Ltd., Reach Surgical Co., Ltd., CNPC Bohai Equipment Company, and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation's Tianjin branch, and has led individual projects including joint ventures, state-owned enterprise shareholding reform, and import-export compliance. Years of practice have given her extensive experience in foreign investment and international economic cooperation, and she remains committed to delivering comprehensive and professional legal services in international trade, foreign investment, and international technology import and export.
