Hu Aopeng 胡奥朋

Hu Aopeng is director of Taihe Law Firm's Nantong office and chair of the Jiangsu Bar Association's cross-border trade committee. He is a member of the Jiangsu and national foreign-related lawyer talent pools, and studied at Victoria University in Australia in 2016 before serving as PRC counsel at the Indian firm Lakshmikumaran Sridharan from 2018 to 2019, advising Chinese enterprises on outbound investment and antidumping. He specializes in cross-border trade dispute resolution, antidumping and countervailing, WTO disputes, cross-border investment and maritime matters.
