Hu Difei 胡笛飞

Hu Difei is a non-equity partner at Huabang Law Firm, holding a bachelor's degree from Xiamen University and an LLM from Waseda University, and previously worked at a Japanese IP firm. He serves on the Nanchang Bar Association's foreign-related and IP committees and is deputy director of Huabang's international business center. His practice covers dispute resolution, IP and foreign-related legal matters, and he has handled international commercial arbitration involving a Russian company, with two of his legislative comments on the Anti-Unfair Competition Law adopted in 2025.
